Having a bad day

Don't let a bad day escalate into a bad week.

It's too easy to take on board another persons negativity, you then carry that negativity too and ruin your day and then pass it on to the next person.

Break the chain.

It's hard I know when a work colleague snaps or communicates poorly but let that be their negativity to own. It is not your job to make others happy.

If your dishwasher blows up or (in my case) a builder goes awol leaving your house in a mess, remember it's not life threatening, it's just an irritation. You can fix these things.

Don't be that person who says there is a black cloud following them, be the person that always sees the silver lining.

A bad start to a morning can still lead to a beautiful day.
A bad day doesn't lead to a bad life.

Make a conscious decision to find something good in each day.

You can't control what's happening around you but you can control your response to it.

Space in your diary is so important. We are designed to be rushing from one thing to another all the time.

Don't say yes to everything only to find what should be a nice social occasion in fact just becomes another chore. Set Boundaries and stick to them.

Create space in your day to sit and eat a meal properly, you cannot run on empty.

Give yourself some time out and headspace to think clearly, to decide what is really important.

Create a space in your home where you can relax and just be. Have a clear out and de clutter.
Give your self time away from your phone screen, go for a walk or read a book.

At least 5 handsize portions of different fruit and veg each day will give you an amazing health a boost.

Giving your digestion system some fresh food to work on will help prevent snacking on all the wrong stuff and at the same time ensure your system is working efficiently πŸ‘
